What information I collect
The only personal information collected through this website is via the contact form, where I ask for your name, email address, and/or phone number, and any message you choose to include. Or if you contact me via the email link.

I do not use cookies, analytics, or marketing tools to track visitors on this site (see my Cookie Policy for details), and I do not collect any information automatically beyond what's needed for the website to function.

Why I collect it
I use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry for example, to discuss therapy services, answer questions, or arrange an initial conversation.

How I store and protect it
Information submitted through the contact form is sent to my email and stored securely. I do not share, sell, or pass on your information to third parties, except where required by law.

How long I keep it
I retain enquiry information contact form and emails only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where you become a client, in line with my professional record-keeping obligations as a BACP-registered therapist. If you don't go on to become a client, I delete your enquiry details within a reasonable period.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct or delete it

  • Withdraw consent at any time
