Starting Therapy With Me

I offer an initial free 20 minute video call, where we can explore what brings you to therapy and whether we might be a good fit to work together.  If we decide to continue, we can arrange an in-person session in either Islington or Camden. This gives you a chance to get a feel for the environment and for us to begin exploring your needs in more depth. Together, we can develop a plan that supports you and aligns with your purpose for therapy. Or you can choose to have sessions online.

I work on a weekly basis, initially booking 6 sessions with a review to see how therapy is going for you and an opportunity to discuss our work together. My fees are £75:00 per session.  I have some reduced fee sessions available please ask.
